Head to the Play Store to get the latest AppSales Update
Hi everyone,

we have just released a new update for AppSales on Google Play. Before we go into the details here’s a quick overview what’s new:

• Added a “Now Free” tab to highlight apps that are free for a limited time
• Improved data and image loading
• Fixed a bug which caused the app to crash when selecting a older sale
• Minor bugfixes and stability improvements

With the recent change the app contains 5 main section each with it’s own purpose:

# Highlights
Contains a handpicked selection of the best sales from the last ~24 hours. We usually select high quality apps that attract a broader audience and are discounted globally. The list also occasionally contains in-app sales, voucher codes or general announcements (Like this post here). Your filter settings are applied to this list so you can exclude certain categories or set a discount and download threshold in our app settings. You’ll also receive a notification if new sales are available that match your filter settings that’s why we try to post multiple sales grouped together rather than posting them individually during the day.

# Latest Sales
Contains a unfiltered list of the most recent sales from the Google Play Store. Right now the list contains apps which received a permanent or temporary price cut. We don’t manually check the offers from this list so it can be possible that the discount is not available in your country or the price has been lowered after it was raised some weeks ago but our price history should help you identify identify those cases.

# Now Free
Contains apps that are available for free for a limited time. Developers can specify a duration from one to eight days for those kind of sales so you might want to check out the section more often to make sure you don't miss those offers.

# Watchlist
The Watchlist contains your personal list of apps that you choose to monitor. Apps with price changes appear on top of the list with some details about the price change and you will also receive a notification if an app from your watchlist has received a price cut.

# Watchlist Charts
Our watchlist charts can be accessed through the navigation drawer and let you discover trending app and see which apps are popular among our community.

Feel free to let us know what you think about the recent changes via a comment on the Play Store or e-mail. You can also help us out by rating our app if you like the latest update. Also support app developers which make their apps available for free by purchasing or downloading other apps from their portfolio and rate those apps if you like them so we can hopefully see more apps that are temporarily available for free.

Thanks for your support and have a great day!
